The NAKAMA EUROPE team has more than two decades experience in and a proven track record of delivering excellent recruitment results within the digital industry.
Claudia – Director
With a recruitment career that spans more than twenty years within executive search and talent acquisition management, Claudia has worked with a broad range of companies, from start ups, private equity firms, design agencies through to some of the world‘s leading brands across Europe and the Middle East Region, delivering a variety of recruitment services – permanent, interim and tailored executive search.
Before starting NAKAMA in 2009, Claudia was the Regional Director CEE for the globa recruitment firm AQUENT focussing on the digital marketing, communications, creative and media sectors. Before joining AQUENT, Claudia worked as Senior Manager for TMP Worldwide, where she managed international search assignments.
Prior to her recruitment career Claudia gained more than eleven years’ experience with Arthur Andersen (now E&Y) in Germany and Spain.
At the turn of the millennium Claudia took a sabbatical year and travelled through North, Central and South America with her backpack. During this time she experienced three earthquakes in Guatemala, Honduras and Costa Rica and more than three volcano eruptions in Ecuador.
Claudia holds an MBA in economics, is a certified Digital HR & Employer Brand Manager, Business Coach and Pilates trainer and speaks German, English and Spanish.
Birgit – Senior Consultant
Birgit has more than 15 years experience within the Human Resource and Recruitment industry, acquired through her work in several international consulting companies. Before joining NAKAMA she worked as Team Lead Recruiting and HR at the design and innovation consulting firm IDEO for several years. In this role she delivered the whole range of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition services, with a focus on recruitment for design positions. After leaving IDEO she decided to focus on executive search within the digital design and digital marketing industry.
Birgit holds a Master’s degree in psychology as well as a degree in communication studies.
In her spare time Birgit likes to explore the regional and national music and art scene and enjoys the outdoors with her husband and their dog.
Dove – Talent Sourcer
Dov is talent sourcer who started his sourcing journey back in 2013. He was sourcing field sales people in EMEA for Western Union, sourcers and tech recruiters for tech start-ups and well established brands at Aspen In-house, independent musicians for Swedish start-up Melobee and Big Data talent for Expedia Group. Now he decided to explore the world of freelance.
As well, Dov is a founder of Indie Top 39, independent music blog that is on a mission to spread the Indie Music vibe.
Teresa – Office & Database Manager
Teresa has been working in professional services for more than six years before she joined NAKAMA as Office & Database Manager. Her roles have been diverse and have ranged from assistant to project leader in various office and job environments including performance marketing and technology.
She has managed an office and assisted teams. As well as organising events and coordinating projects for online consulting and marketing firms. For several years now she has also been translating numerous legal and technical documents since she was brought up bilingual with German and English as her mother tongue.
In her spare time she likes to go on hikes and long walks with her partner, son and dog.
Louisa Brader – Research Consultant
Louisa is an experienced sourcer and research consultant from a specialist background. She is passionate about finding the best talent for clients and has a very unique approach.
As an ambitious skier she enjoys the alpine heights in the winter. In the summer she likes to spend her time on the water as she has a boat license.
Meet Lotte, our Office Clown! She was adopted from a shelter by Birgit several years ago and has proved herself to be a vital member of our team: Always up for a game of fetch or a walk around the office, she encourages us to take more regular breaks, and stay balanced and in a good mood.
