In a complimentary initial consultation, we explore your situation, your professional objectives and which service suits you.

Once you have commissioned us, we set up your personal executive workspace in INTENT.

Access to your workspace
You sign in to your personal workspace with your email address and password, together with a code we send you by email each time you sign in.

GDPR & servers in Europe
INTENT runs on NAKAMA's own virtual private server (VPS) in Europe.
For the AI coach, we use an AI platform with processing in the EU. According to the provider, your data is not used to train AI models. Uploaded documents and the summaries of our meetings are not transmitted to the AI platform.
Meetings are recorded, transcribed or analysed with AI with your prior, voluntary consent. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy, Sections 12.1, 12.3 and 19.
Frequently asked questions
Who has access to INTENT?
Only clients of NAKAMA EUROPE with an engagement for Inverse Headhunting, Executive Career Coaching or Executive Branding & Communication. We set up access once you have commissioned us. There is no open registration.
Does INTENT cost extra?
No. INTENT, the AI coach and all services you have booked are part of your engagement and included in the agreed fee.
Does the AI coach replace personal advice?
No. Your personal AI coach supports your own preparation between sessions. It replaces neither the advice of NAKAMA nor legal, tax or other professional advice. Its use is voluntary. All decisions are made by humans.
What happens to my data when the engagement ends?
We keep the content for twelve months so that you can export it and build on it if we work together again. We then delete it, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
What is the difference between INTENT and the complimentary AI CV Check?
The AI CV Check is a complimentary offering from NAKAMA that analyses your CV. The analysis shows how AI-powered recruitment systems read your CV. INTENT is NAKAMA’s secure executive workspace for clients with an active engagement.
