I am an executive search expert, recruiter and career coach by heart 🩵 with a passion for people.

I founded NAKAMA in 2010 and have been supporting clients from a wide range of industries in their search for the best talent ever since. In addition to the professional skill set, I also check the cultural fit of candidates – for me the decisive factor for successful long-term collaboration. This results not only in placements, but also in sustainable work relationsship – entirely in the spirit of NAKAMA.

My focus is on executive search, interim talent acquisition solutions, recruiting process optimisation and the sensible use of AI in recruiting and coaching. As TÜV-certified AI trainer and LINC certified Personality Coach, I offer customized workshops, online training and coaching sessions – combining human intelligence (HI) with artificial intelligence (AI).

In addition to HI and AI, sustainable success also requires energy. That’s why I combine my entrepreneurial activities with a sound understanding of health, resilience and performance. As a certified epigenetics coach, Pilates trainer and nutritionist, I know how crucial health and inner balance are for long-term performance. I complement this knowledge in my programmes for managers and companies to ensure a holistic and sustainable return on talent investment.

My curiosity and openness to explore new paths have led me to travel to over 25 countries. At the start of the new millennium, I took a sabbatical and travelled with my backpack through North, Central and South America. During this time, I experienced three earthquakes in Guatemala, Honduras and Costa Rica as well as more than three volcanic eruptions in Ecuador. These experiences sharpened my personal resilience – and showed me how important attitude is when everything changes.

I currently live in Portugal close to the Atlantic and work across Europe with corporates, private equity firms, startups & scale ups and leaders who want more than standard solutions.
